Park City New Developments
The Park City Real Estate Market in continues to improve and Berkshire Hathaway continues to be the leader in sales and listings for new developments in Park City. The number of Park City new developments currently under construction in Park City is a sure sign of the Park City real estate market improvements. New Developments continue to provide unique opportunities for new home or first-time buyers, especially in the popular areas at Jordanelle.
Announcing Argent Residences at Empire Pass, another new development from East West Partners. Argent Deer Valley will be located adjacent the recently completed One Empire Pass Residences with ski in ski out at the Silver Strike chairlift. Approximately 28 Residences will be available in this amenity rich development, which should be coming to the market this winter. As with the most recent development, One Empire Pass, Argent will be built with the same commitment to innovation, sustainability and community representative of East West Partners developments.
There is often a big gap between the announcement of a major real estate project and the time when actual product is available. When I become aware of interesting new projects, I will furnish available information as it becomes available. Once the critical “last pieces” are announced, I act quickly to comment on the key value factors including price, design, and the offering schedule. I have seen very few situations that require advanced reservation deposits or contact commitments by prospective buyers, so I concentrate on getting critical value information to interested clients and prospects as soon as it is in final form. I also visit project sites, attend public hearings, and talk to those connected to the project who are not associated with the projects marketing department. These can be critical due diligence steps but are very inconvenient for possible buyers to do themselves. In general, I will post the project information as released and keep interested parties informed on my homework with BLOG postings. I invite questions and comments on any BLOG posting.

I take my fiduciary relationship with my buyers very seriously. I am tough on their behalf and I enjoy every minute of it.
