In keeping with the refined Mountain Craftsman lodge design, the resort feature stone foundations, dramatic roof forms, high ceilings, expansive windows with scenic views, and generous indoor/outdoor access. 81 private luxury residences are situated on the upper six floors of the lodge-style resort building, offering premium vistas of the mountain setting.
The spacious 1-, 2-, 3-, 4+ bedroom residences range from approximately 1,200 to 6,850 square-feet and feature high ceilings, private balconies, gas fireplaces, fully-equipped high-end kitchens and luxurious five-fixture stone master bathrooms with coffered ceilings and heated bath floors.
Forty-nine of the residences, with 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4+ bedrooms ranging from 1,200 - 3,300 square feet, are offered fully furnished, complete with the resort's estate-quality furnishings, fabrics and interior design touches. These residences may be offered as hotel suites for rental to hotel guests at the option of the homeowner.
Another 32 of the residences, with 2-, 3-, 4+ bedrooms ranging from approximately 1,900 - 6,900 square-feet, are offered unfurnished for custom interiors based on the homeowner's individual tastes.
