Canyons Master Plan

With 7,300 acres of skiable terrain, it's the largest mountain resort in the U.S. The Park City experience starts at Canyons Village, and plans are underway to transform the village into a vibrant four-season center of recreation, celebration and imagination.  The master developer of the Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort wants to create a "more cohesive and vibrant village core for all seasons" with the help of a new master plan, according to Larry White, chief executive officer of TCFC Finance Co., the development company that owns the land on which Vail Resorts operates its ski area.

So what's New at Canyons Village?  A packed house of agents were excited to see the new Canyons Master Plan, of which some will include: 

  • Parking garage
  • Transit hub
  • 200,000 square feet of retail/commercial
  • New hotels
  • New condo buildings
  • Employee housing (300 units)
  • Conference center
  • Pedestrian connection
