Local Connections:
I specialize in new developments in all geographical locations, but I get the older areas and products since I've lived in Park City since 1976. I can help you put any new property in perspective with comparisons to older resale
properties and answer any questions that you have regarding how well a particular property would work for you.

Personal Guidance:
Think of me as your private concierge. I will help you review disclosure documentation for the properties you like, and help you establish the right offer price and terms. I will then present your offer in the most favorable light.

Inspection Assistance:
Any property is worth a closer look, including new construction. I keep an eye on work in progress and I can provide a list of qualified home inspectors and building trade experts when necessary. If inspections reveal items that require correction, I will advise you as to how best to obtain credits or repairs.

Closing Assistance:
I will monitor the entire escrow process to insure a smooth experience. I work with excellent title companies and I am supported by an experienced transaction coordinator. When it's time to sign closing papers, I will be available to handle any last minute details. I'll even spring for coffee at the end of the signing.

After the Close:
I don't disappear after the closing. I enjoy helping you enjoy what you've accomplished. A perfect day on the ski hill or casting a fly at one of my favorite locations comes to mind.

Financing:  
Many of the single family homes, condominiums, and building sites in our market are sold for cash. Our buyers are well qualified and often have financing options other than standard mortgage financing. At the same time, Park City has excellent mortgage lenders who I've enjoyed working with in the past. Since every resale, developer sale, or construction financing situation is a unique project, I believe each requires a thorough evaluation of every possible option. For that reason, I do not endorse anyone lender. I do offer assistance in locating the best local lender at the time financing is needed.
