Park City Wins Conde Nast Traveler Reader’s Choice Award

Wondering where to move?  Looking for a friendly town?  Do you feel welcome in your town?  Well Park City is the place to be.  Over the last four years, Conde Nast Traveler has asked their readers to rate a city's "friendliness" in its Readers’ Choice Awards survey. This vote is weighted with respect to where they felt welcome. Conde Nast Traveler Logo This year, for the first time ever,Conde Nast also wanted to see how U.S. cities compare to the rest of the world. Some 128,000 people took the survey, and our town of Park City finished as the #2 Friendliest City in the U.S. and the #5 Friendliest City in the World! The caption in the article described Park City as a
"friendlier and more casual mountain town, where even at the height of winter ski season or the Sundance Film Festival in January, the locals were extremely friendly and welcoming."  Hospitality is also a top priority: One guest of the Montage Deer Valley told a story about how her children were greeted by name on arrival, given a stuffed animal, and found hot chocolate and cookies waiting for them in the room.
