One Empire Pass Deer Valley Construction Updage

Week of April 10 to April 14, 2017

- Place concrete floor deck on Level 6 East, Grid 8-12. This is the last major building structural concrete placement.
- Started exterior stone veneer on the West end of the building. Continued installing exterior wall sheathing, air barrier, metal flashings and windows. - Continued overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-in work in Units 103, 201, and 301. Started ceiling framing in Unit 101. 

Week of April 17 to April 21, 2017

- Stress post tension cables in concrete floor slab Level 6 East, Grids 8-12. Install formwork and insulation for the concrete topping slab placement. - Continue exterior wall construction, setting windows and laying the exterior stone veneer on the west end of the building.
- Finish ceiling framing in Unit 101. Do final inspections before start of drywall.
