One Empire Pass Construction Update Video

Our Construction Team is moving full steam ahead and taking advantage of the weather to complete our exterior projects.  We are looking forward to moving our buyers in this Winter season.

The Park City Real Estate Market remains hot and the demand keeps pace with a rising inventory.

The Park City Real Estate industry continues to trend upwards.  According to the Park City Board of Realtors, the market is growing steadily, as a mix of primary buyers, secondary homeowners and investors seek out opportunities within Park City limits and in the surrounding areas, stretching from the Snyderville Basin to the Heber Valley.  "The market is made up of a bunch of micro-markets, but overall the market is healthy," said Terry Nolan, CEO of the Board of Realtors. Hideout Canyon Park CityIt's been a very busy summer for real estate sales in Park City and the nearby neighborhoods of Jordanelle are no exception.   Both Hideout Canyon and Soaring Hawk have seen strong sales since the first of the year with 19 properties either pended or sold in the first two quarters of the year at Hideout Canyon alone.
