Wasatch County recently approved plans for a major development envisioned to become an eastern portal of Deer Valley Resort. The 940 acres are located on the Deer Valley side of U.S. 40 south of the Mayflower exit, stretching from close to the Jordanelle Reservoir to the slopes.

Apex Residences Park City October 2018 Construction Update

For this segment of our Apex Residences construction update, Tony Tyler, Project Manager at Columbus Pacific Development walks through the new model residence and the significant progress taking place onsite at Canyons Village in Park City.  

This fall in Park City has resulted in major advancements in the construction of Apex Residences.  They have closed on 2 Apex Residences, 5 recently put under contract, which leaves 20 amazing Residences still available.  The entire project is really coming together with residences still available on all three levels, Clubhouse, Plaza and Overlook.
