The Park City Real Estate Market remains hot and the demand keeps pace with a rising inventory.

The Park City Real Estate industry continues to trend upwards.  According to the Park City Board of Realtors, the market is growing steadily, as a mix of primary buyers, secondary homeowners and investors seek out opportunities within Park City limits and in the surrounding areas, stretching from the Snyderville Basin to the Heber Valley.  "The market is made up of a bunch of micro-markets, but overall the market is healthy," said Terry Nolan, CEO of the Board of Realtors. Construction is moving along on the exciting new Goldener Hirsch Residences in Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley Resort.  You can see in the above photo, Okland Construction has been excavating, off-loading material and building shoring walls in preparation for pouring the foundation concrete.  Initial Reservations of the Goldener Hirsch Residences sales are off to a great start with 9 Residences currently reserved. DEER VALLEY RESORT ACQUIREDDeer Valley Resort announced Monday that is has entered into an agreement to be purchased by a newly formed entity that also owns Squaw Valley, Mammoth Mountain Ski Area in California, Steamboat, among others. Bob Wheaton, president and general manager of the resort, says Deer Valley is well positioned for the future.  He says this deal represents an opportunity for the iconic ski area.  The entity is a newly formed venture comprising affiliates of the private equity firm KSL Capital Partners, LLC, and Henry Crown and Company, which recently partnered to acquire Intrawest Resort Holdings, Inc., Mammoth Resorts, Squaw Valley Ski Holdings as well as Steamboat.  Deer Valley will join more than 10 ski resorts the privately held multi-resort entity owns and
