Empire Pass is a master-planned, ski-in/ski-out community on the slopes of Deer Valley® Resort in Park City, Utah. The four neighborhoods that make up Empire Pass include: The Village at Empire Pass, the Northside Lift area, the Empire Canyon Lodge area, current home of the Empire Pass Sales Center and future home of The Montage Hotel, and finally, Red Cloud at the top of Flagstaff Mountain which is comprised of 30 single-family home sites.
